Columbia holding fundraiser for 2023 Midlands Heart Walk (Page 178)

The City of Columbia Payment/Customer Care Center is hosting a fundraiser for the upcoming Heart Walk that will take place at Segra Park March 25.

Every Friday starting this Friday, February 10, through March 17 they will be having a popcorn and lemonade sale to raise funds to go towards the We Are Columbia Heart Walk Team for the American Heart Association. The fundraising goal is $2,500.

Heart disease is the number one killer and stroke ranks no. 5 in the nation. The Heart Walk is a time of celebration, joy, and inspiration where people can come together in support of a common goal to create a world free of heart disease and stroke.
