Believers In Our Mighty God: Uniting Families, Building Community (Page 131)

In January 2020, amidst challenging times and prevailing fear, Latifa Tucker founded Believers In Our Mighty God (B.I.O.M.G.), a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering stronger family bonds through music, arts, dance, and healthy living. In a significant collaboration, B.I.O.M.G. joined forces with Reject LLC., led by CEO Rosheka "Reject" Davis, the visionary behind "Leave It On the Court," promoting peace through basketball – choosing hoops over conflict.

Rooted in the shared belief that a resilient community begins with strong families, B.I.O.M.G. and Reject LLC. are making a positive impact. To further their mission of rebuilding the Victory In Love Living Amongst Great Elders (V.I.L.L.A.G.E.), B.I.O.M.G. hosts weekly parent support group meetings every Saturday morning via Zoom. This platform allows families to connect, share experiences, and find support in the face of life's challenges.

Adding a rhythm of joy to their mission, B.I.O.M.G. offers free dance classes for families on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of every month from 4-6 pm. Beyond promoting physical health, these classes create an atmosphere where unity and happiness thrive.

For those seeking to be part of this transformative journey, B.I.O.M.G. invites you to join their community. Contact them at (803)-550-9837 or via email at [email protected]  or [email protected] to learn more about their initiatives and how you can contribute.

Become a member of B.I.O.M.G. today and contribute to a community dedicated to spreading love, unity, and strengthening family bonds. Whether you find yourself in the Victory In Love Living Amongst Great Elders (V.I.L.L.A.G.E.), on the basketball court, in the kitchen, or the studio, B.I.O.M.G. is there to inspire and uplift – showcasing the power of unity and love.
