Recently the Brookhaven HOA announced their Brookhaven Community Beautiful Yard of the Month for August, the Price’s on Meadow Spring Road. There were 31 homes nominated. Each month through September homeowners can nominate their neighbors from the first through the tenth of each month.
Winners will be announced on the fifteenth of the month. Nominations should be sent to the HOA email address [email protected] from the first to the tenth of each month for review and consideration.
Brookhaven Community, the areas around Cogburn, Meadow Springs, Westmoreland, Schofield, will hold its annual Fall Yard Sale September 19. Sale begins at 8 am and ends at 2 pm. At least thirty-five homes within the community will be setting up their own yard sale. Items for sale include antiques, children and adult size clothing, furniture, glass, seasonal Items, toys, teacher supplies, plants, etc.
The Brookhaven HOA is looking for crafter and vendors for their Brookhaven Annual Fall Craft Vendor Fare November 7. Display your Products & Services in an atmosphere that only a Expo can bring. They are looking for exhibitors such as cleaning service, plumber, electrician, CPA, power washing, detailing, handyman, remodeling, Tupperware, LuLaRoe, travel, personal trainer, babysitting, dog sitting, handmade jewelry, accessories, pottery, artwork, handbags, woodworking, crafts, ornaments, Pampered Chef, wreaths, and more.

The Brookhaven Annual Fall Craft and Vendor Fare is open to the public at North Springs Park, 1320 Clemson Road from 10 am – 2 pm
