The Bash at Ridge View High School concluded Saturday with the host team still undefeated on the season.
The top-ranked Blazers posted their second win of the season over crosstown rival Blythewood to complete a 3-0 showing at the event.
In the opener, Ridge View got 17 points from Jayden Pretty and 11 points from Korie Corbett in a 65-55 win over St. Francis Episcopal out of Houston, Texas.
The following night saw the Blazers break a 46-46 tie after three quarters with Sunrise Christian to pull away for the 72-65 win.
Corbett scored 10 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter and Pretty once again led Ridge View with 21 points.
Another top-ranked team that remained undefeated after the Bash was Lexington. The Class 5A Wildcats got 19 points, seven rebounds and three steals from guard Cam Scott and 16 points from Jaxon Prunty in the 58-55 win over St. Francis.
Lexington led by as many as 14 points in the second half. It trailed entering the fourth quarter and finished with a 9-3 run.
A third top-ranked team, defending Class 2A champion Gray Collegiate, was not as fortunate against St. Francis School. The War Eagles fell behind by 10 points at the end of the first quarter before losing 58-44.
Braylhan Thomas had 15 points and Tyquan McDuffie finished with 12 points for Gray Collegiate.
