The Richland County Recreation Commission (RCRC) announces their Power in Pink Event, a Breast Cancer Awareness Celebration, held Sept. 9, from 10 AM – 2 PM. The event is located at Garners Ferry Adult Activity Center, 8620 Garners Ferry Rd.
This free event will have line dancing, music, raffles, lunch, information and more! Participants have the option to purchase a $10 t-shirt. All proceeds received from the shirt sales will benefit the Prisma Health Breast Center.
Prisma Health will have a mobile Mammography Unit and participants are able to register for a 3D Mammogram. If you are age 40+ no doctors order is required. Photo ID and Insurance Card are required. Please call (803) 434-6050 to make an appointment.
