Hosted by Eager 2 Motivate (E2M) Fitness, the event promises a full morning of fitness, fun, and community. The one-hour walk/run challenge is designed for all ages and fitness levels, making it the perfect outing for families and individuals alike.

Participants can expect a lively atmosphere featuring music, local vendors, and a post-race celebration led by E2M’s certified instructors. Registration includes a race medal, race bib, refreshments, and access to the exclusive “after-jam” celebration.
Step Jam South is also a charity event, with donations being made to Soles4Souls, which provides shoes and clothing to underserved communities, and The Women’s Shelter of Columbia, which supports women facing homelessness.
