WEST COLUMBIA, SC – Moore Bradley Myers (MBM) proudly introduces John C. Bradley, Jr. as the firm’s newly appointed Managing Partner.
A native of South Carolina, John C. Bradley, Jr. specializes in representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, and pharmacists in Professional Licensure Disputes & Disciplinary Actions cases at both state and federal levels. Additionally, he advocates for public school teachers in Disciplinary Matters, handling cases at the local School District Level and before the South Carolina Department of Education.
With a focus on Healthcare Law, Professional Licensure Disputes, and Civil Litigation, Bradley has been an integral part of Moore Bradley Myers since 2011. His commitment extends to sharing his knowledge through teaching webinars, seminars, and courses in medical and pharmacy law and ethics. Bradley is affiliated with esteemed legal associations, including the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association and the Defense Research Institute. He earned recognition as one of the 2021 Midlands Legal Elite and achieved the AV Distinguished Attorney in Healthcare Law in 2022, reflecting high professional achievement and ethical standards as acknowledged by his peers.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Mr. Bradley has actively contributed to various boards, including the Carolina Marathon Association and the Friends of the Richland Library Friends and Foundation. He served as President of the Friends of South Carolina Libraries and held roles such as Moderator for the South Carolina Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the South Carolina Christian Action Counsel. Notably, John is on a mission to compete in all the Abbot World Major Marathons, scheduled to run the London Marathon in April alongside his wife Tracy.
