See the lights at the Sleigh Bell Trot (November 20) and Sleigh Bell Stroll (November 21). The events grant an exclusive preview of millions of festive lights at Holiday Lights on the River, the midlands’ largest drive-through lights show.

Participants will run or walk through a route featuring millions of lights and animated displays during the kick-off to Holiday Lights on the River. All parking for the Stroll and Trot will be at Saluda Shoals Park’s east entrance located at 6071 St. Andrews Road. The Trot will start and finish at the east end of the Park. There will be shuttle buses to transport Stroll participants back to the parking lot at Saluda Shoals Park East. It is a rain-or-shine event.

The Sleigh Bell Trot Trot is a 4.2 Mile Timed Race on November 20 at 7 pm.

The cost is $40 per person (Military discounts are available).

Awards will be given to 1–3 place Sleigh Bell Trot finishers male and female, 8 and younger, 10 and younger, 12 and younger, 14 and younger, 19 and younger, 24 and younger, 29 and younger, 34 and younger, 39 and younger, 44 and younger, 49 and younger, 54 and younger, 59 and younger, 64 and younger, 69 and younger, 70 and older, 75 and older.

The Sleigh Bell Stroll will be on November 21 from 6 – 8 pm.
Pre-registration is required – register by November 20.
$7/person (ages three (3) to adult)
$2/child (ages two (2) and younger)

For safety reasons, do not bring dogs to the Sleigh Bell Stroll or Trot.

Opening to the public on November 22, Holiday Lights on the River, is presented in partnership with Lexington Medical Center. It will run every night through December 31 from 6 – 10 pm. Admission is $25 per car, $50 per 12–15 passenger van, trucks w/ trailers, limos and $75 per bus. Additional information is available by calling 803-772-1228 or online at www.icrc.net.
