Eighth grader Carter Lirgg (106 lbs.) and Eli Lorang (113 lbs.) of Cardinal Newman won Individual State Championships this past weekend on its home floor. Vince Battle (126 lbs.), Cooper Smythe (132 lbs ), Jason Wagner (138 lbs ), Louis Gjoklaj (144 lbs ) and Jack Laird (285 lbs ) all placed second and freshman Charlie Jones (150 lbs.) took 3rd place.
