Terminix Service, Inc. in conjunction with EdVenture will hold Terminix day this Friday, June 9. Taking place from 9 am to 5 pm at EdVenture, Terminix Day will feature half-price admission to the museum, an array of pest-themed activities and a release of approximately 400 butterflies at noon.

Terminix Day activities include:

Noon – A mass butterfly release of an indigenous species from the entrance of Edventure. 400 butterflies will be released and will call on museum guests to assist.

9 am – 5 pm – A Pop Up Pestaurant featuring a cooking lab, an edible bug buffet and a Create a Critter station for museum goers.

9 am – 5 pm – A Pest Passport, provided by Terminix with opportunities throughout the museum for guests to visit six different “stations” and receive a special prize.
